Restorative
Posture Therapy (RPT) incorporates breathing techniques and
non-strenuous postures which allow the muscles affecting the
load-bearing joints (ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders) to relax.
Once this occurs, the load bearing joints and spine can move into
their proper, healthy alignment. It is effective for chronic pain
in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists,
hands, neck, and head. These restorative postures are
designed for you to be able to do in your own home without
specialized equipment. Well worth your time! |

"...
Recently we began Restorative Posture Therapy and this has
provided a noticeable improvement in the way I'm walking
-- I am an avid hiker and I am much more stable on my feet
lately. I look forward to seeing how my skiing might
improve next winter! In the meantime, I am also an
avid mountain biker and celebrate every day with the joy
of being healthy and well enough to enjoy such strenuous
activity. Age is just a broken state of mind!"
