Massage
during pregnancy not only makes a woman feel pampered but offers
undeniable physical benefits and may be received throughout the
entire term of a low-risk pregnancy. During the first
trimester it helps to alleviate morning sickness, fatigue, and
headaches. In the second trimester it reduces backaches, leg
cramps, and fatigue. Finally in the third trimester it reduces
swelling/edema, enhances sleep, relieves neck, shoulder, knee, and
low back pain, sore feet, and lessens emotional stress. So
nurturing and soothing! |

"I
have recently become pregnant with twins and have found
Nancy to be a great support for me. I now have many
areas of stress on my body. Her reassurance and
knowledge level about prenatal massage has impressed me
and alleviated my concerns. The benefits have been
amazing. After each visit, I feel like a new person.
The pain and stiffness in my neck, upper back and hips
have tremendously improved. I find myself counting
the days until my next visit with Nancy!"
